Sadly the only reason casinos stay legal and unfair is due to the government allowing it for the extra tax money. They could easily make a standardized win rate % a slot machine must have. Make it so on average every $100 spent will return $50. They'd still make plenty of money and people would stop calling it unfair even though it still would be. The general population would be more eager to spend money if they knew it so rigged. Well people out here complain about casinos stealing, but the loot boxes and shit in video games are even worse.
